Happy New Years Everypony! Heh, I'm even later than I was Last Year for this blog. 
That is mostly because things have just been crazy though. x.x Been distracted with other things (like Pokemon. I blame my brother! Haven't even gotten US/UM yet, but he got me going crazy shiny hunting.

So, after Thanksgiving Dinner, which in my family's traditional fashion was held in the early afternoon (I say family, but it was just my mother and me), I got home and promptly passed out for seven hours. So I literally just finished watching the MLP triple-header ending (mostly on YouTube, after Brony Network got spammed and suffered buffering issues), and I figured I'd talk about how I'm feeling now that it's all over. Yeah, I know there's one more movie, an Equestria Girls special, and the comics will be doing a Season 10 in the next few months, but the show itself is over how we know it.
As a general rule I avoid talking directly about current events on this site. I try to leave it as a place to come for rest and relaxation. But the immense tragedy unfolding in Afghanistan brings me to tears and compels me to speak.

IN WHICH I HIT A MILESTONE
Good morning! A few hours ago I officially hit 350 followers! In celebration, here's some TheFatRat.
I actually prefer some of Güttner's other compositions more, but this better fits the occasion. Anyway, stuff past the jump.
Woohoo! Pipp Pipp Horay! It's happened, my first story to hit the 1k mark! Reflections of a Unicorn was my first, and to celebrate this fact I have something special to share with everypony. Two things, first on the Reflections of a Unicorn side of things, there will be an audio fan fic reading of the story available to listen to on YouTube and Spotify in early February of this year courtesy of Mystery Pony
Those of you who've stuck with me long enough know that this series was one of my hardest-to-work-with yet. I kinda underestimated how hard a full slice-of-life series would be, and yet here we are! Almost two years after the fact, and I'm finally about to finish a 14-part story. If you haven't already, please feel free to check it out now that it's completed!
